Bill Ruark is a lifelong resident of Meshoppen, PA and a graduate of Elk Lake High School. Upon graduation, Bill went to work in the Family business, Penn’s Best Trucking. He worked his way up to run the company prior to his departure in 1996 to take over Meshoppen Stone.

Bill owns Meshoppen Stone and has built this business to an extremely successful company shipping all types of blue stone to every state in the country. He also has taken advantage of the Marcellus Shale industry providing services such as hauling water, building gas pads, servicing rigs and building fencing.

Bill is well known in the area for his generous spirit including his recent generosity to Marley’s Mission. Bill has been a active member of the Buildings & Grounds Committee since 2015.
